Earnings Explained
We work on a revenue share basis, meaning presenters share in the revenue that the company makes.
We set aside 28% of our monthly revenue for presenters.
Presenters earn a percentage of the 28% based on how many player rounds they have hosted in total for that month (Effectively, how busy your tables are).
Earnings are calculated on the fly and can be seen whilst presenting.
Player rounds are calculated depending on the number of players playing at your table.
For example, if you have a full Blackjack table ie 5 players, then every time the dealer deals a round your player round will be increasing in increments of 5.
Below are examples of how both player rounds and your commission is calculated.
Calculating player rounds:
Example 1:
1 round of Blackjack with a full table of 5 players = 5 player rounds
If you present 50 full blackjack rounds with 5 players = 250 player rounds
Example 2:
1 round of Baccarat with 5 players = 5 player rounds
If you present 100 baccarat rounds with 5 players = 500 player rounds
Example 3:
1 round of Roulette with 5 players = 5 player rounds
If you present 200 roulette rounds with 5 players = 1000 player rounds
Calculating commission:
Example A:
Company total gaming revenue for a month is £100,000
The presenter pool is 28% which equates to £28,000
Global player rounds total: 10,000
You have presented 100 player rounds
Your share of the pool is therefore:
100 (the number of rounds you presented)
divided by ÷
10,000 (the total number of global player rounds)
multiplied by x
28,000 (the total player pool)
equals =
280 (your commission)
Example B:
Company total gaming revenue for a month is £500,000
The presenter pool is 28% which equates to £140,000
Global player rounds total: 100,000
You have presented 1000 player rounds
Your share of the pool is therefore:
1000 (the number of rounds you presented)
divided by ÷
100,000 (the total number of global player rounds)
multiplied by x
140,000 (the total player pool)
equals =
1400 (your commission)
Example C:
Company total gaming revenue for a month is £1,000,000
The presenter pool is 28% which equates to £280,000
Global player rounds total: 500,000
You have presented 5000 player rounds
Your share of the pool is therefore:
5000 (the number of rounds you presented)
divided by ÷
500,000 (the total number of global player rounds)
multiplied by x
280,000 (the total player pool)
equals =
2800 (your commission)
